Tom brings 25 years of experience in solving the complex problems of digital content to the role of CEO of indico. Prior to joining indico, Tom was the Chief Product Officer at Cxense (see-sense), a leading Data Management provider and founder of Ramp, an enterprise video content management company. Tom also held senior roles at Fast Search, Miva Systems, and Lycos. He has extensive experience with company building and venture-backed startups and holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Wharton.

Slater has been building AI, machine learning and deep learning solutions for the enterprise for the better part of the past decade having worked with everyone from the federal government to two-person startups to the Fortune 100. Slater has educated hundreds of business users in the successful implementation of deep learning through a simple framework that helps executives rapidly accelerate the adoption of the technology in their businesses. Slater attended Olin College of Engineering before pursuing Indico full-time after its acceptance into the Techstars Boston Program.
ML Architect, Co-Founder
Madison is the Machine Learning Architect at Indico where he has played a key role in developing the company's enterprise AI platform for unstructured content. Prior to joining indico in its early days, Madison designed and built an NLP system at Fetchnotes and was an active open source contributor to projects like Python3, Pylearn2, and Theano.
VP of Talent & Operations, Co-Founder
Diana keeps Indico running on time and on budget. She oversees all operational, people, and culture aspects of the business and is passionate about building values driven cultures that scale. She helped found Indico out of Babson College where she studied technology, design and entrepreneurship and served as a mentor in the Foundations of Management and Entrepreneurship (FME) program. In her free time she enjoys advising, mentoring and learning from other startups and entrepreneurs. You'll also find her spending time bringing people together through community building, currently serving on the Techstars Boston Chapter Board having gone through the program with Indico in 2014.
EVP of Engineering
Don has always been on the forefront of technology. From early internet start-up companies like Tripod to the HERE Division of Nokia. Don has excelled at product strategy and building the platforms and applications that monetize that vision. Prior to joining Indico, Don held senior executive roles at oNotes, HERE - a Nokia company, MetaCarta, a pioneering enterprise local search company and Lycos, where he was responsible for revenue and product strategy. Don holds an MS in Engineering from WPI.
SVP of Finance
As the Senior Vice President of Finance, Mike leads the company's strategic and financial initiatives. He brings more than 20 years of experience which includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for high-growth private-equity backed companies, raising capital and scaling businesses, and focusing on strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and increasing enterprise value. Mike's experience as a leader includes balancing results-oriented and relationship-oriented leadership, investing in people, and building and coaching strong and effective teams with a vision to achieve results. Mike earned his MBA in Finance with High Distinction from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Bob is a data management veteran who has previously built high-performing sales organizations at multiple companies including Reltio, Informatica, and Stardog. He has over 20 years of experience in both startups and established environments scaling revenue and growth by optimizing sales processes, business development, strategic alliances, market positioning, and commercialization.
VP, Global Delivery
Brandi Corbello currently serves as Indico Data's VP of Business Development. Brandi is a seasoned automation and business transformation executive who specializes in building high performing teams and scaling value based process automation across the enterprise. Previously, Brandi built and led Automation and Transformation efforts at Cushman & Wakefield. She started as a team of one and under her leadership the team scaled to a team of 40+ and was able to give back 100K+ annual hours to the organization. She has over a decade of experience in consulting and transformation across varies verticals and industries at organizations such as American Tire Distributors, Dover Corporation, Vantiv and EY. She holds an MBA from Wake Forest and is an avid volunteer with the American Cancer Society as well as Big Sisters Boston.
VP of R&D
Christopher is currently the VP of Research and Development at Indico Data and formerly led the Solutions Engineering team through a period of significant expansion. He brings more than a decade of experience bridging the gap between business needs and the technical capabilities and solutions that can meet them, having led teams of researchers, analysts, and data scientists in academia, and financial services. Prior to his career in the enterprise, Christopher was an academic in a tenure track physics professorship and holds a Ph. D. in high energy theoretical physics from The Johns Hopkins University where he completed novel research on dark matter, dark energy, and collider physics using quantum field theoretic tools like extra dimensions and supersymmetry.

Graham previously was an intrapreneur with the New Ventures Group and then Business Development Manager at Bose, where he led the team that identified, evaluated and structured strategic investment and acquisition opportunities within the digital media and consumer products markets. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded Accentus, a spin-out of Dartmouth College, focused on bringing innovative solutions to the financial trading industry where he led product management and sales.
David has served in a full-time role as Executive Chairman of VividCortex, the leading performance monitoring platform for open source databases. David is currently Co-Chairman of the University of Rochester’s Newman Community Advisory Board, where he has served since 2011. He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester and earned an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
Jason has a comprehensive background in driving strategy and operational excellence at technology-driven growth-stage ventures. Throughout his career, he’s served in a variety of B2B operating roles, including general management with an emphasis on the sales and business development functions where he’s partnered with founders and investors to respond to market opportunities. Immediately prior to Jump, Jason was the CEO of Food Genius, a data insights and analytics platform for the food service industry, where he led the company through its acquisition by US. Foods in the spring of 2016. Jason earned a BS in Finance from DePaul University and an MBA from Chicago Booth.
Chris serves as a Board Member of Aspire Health and Picwell. Chris brings extensive negotiation and deal structure experience from his time in the real estate industry. Additionally, he gained deep operating experience while serving as the CFO of a private equity backed, technology-first consumer packaged goods company.
In his more than 25 years of experience, Mike has successfully led multiple technology companies and teams including public and private companies across infrastructure and software offerings, as well as high growth businesses from pre-revenue to multi-billion dollar revenues. Mike was previously CEO and Chairman of Virident Systems, which was acquired by Western Digital Corporation, and where he became SVP and GM of the Flash Systems Business Unit. He also served as CEO and Board Member of BlueArc Corporation, which was acquired by Hitachi Data Systems, where he later served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the File and Content Business. Earlier in his career, Mike was SVP of Sales, Services, and Marketing at McDATA (MCDT), which went public in 2000. He has also held executive positions across sales, products, and channels at IBM.
Alec Radford is a machine learning developer and researcher at OpenAI, a non-profit AI research company focused on discovering and enacting the path to safe artificial general intelligence. He is also one of the original co-founders of Indico along with Slater Victoroff, Madison May and Diana Yuan. Radford has been instrumental in important research and development work completed by OpenAI, driving huge innovations in machine learning. Indico has built on OpenAI’s work to enable users to apply it to a broader set of use cases.
Venkat Varadachary is former Executive Vice President for global information management and chief data & analytics officer for American Express. Varadachary spent 20 years at Amex where he was a member of the global management team and helped the company leverage data analytics to drive innovation, revenue growth and efficiency in the areas of marketing, digital programs, loyalty, servicing and risk. This included leading the transformation of Amex from using legacy platforms and analytics to a full big data and machine learning-based ecosystem. He also currently serves as a senior advisor at McKinsey & Company, and as advisor to Pine Brook Partners, Kapitus, Node.io, Terbium Labs, Simon Data and Augeo FI.
Paul is Chief Revenue Officer at ClosedLoop.ai, the data science platform for healthcare. Prior to ClosedLoop, Paul spent 15 years in go-to-market leadership roles for top growth-stage technology companies in the domains of enterprise software and AI, such as NetSuite and DataRobot. Paul began his career with Mercer Management Consulting and IBM Business Consulting where he led strategy and growth projects for Fortune 500 clients. Paul graduated summa cum laude from Bowdoin College and received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Michael is a senior executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience building and leading high-growth technology organizations. His focus is on the business applications of machine learning and his experience ranges from startup founder/CEO to leadership of innovation initiatives at large global firms. Michael is an advisor to Phaidra.ai and Beneficial Machines and is an MIT VMS startup mentor.
