New Board Member – Phil Edmundson
Phil Edmundson is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with over 40 years of experience in the insurance and InsurTech sectors. Prior to founding Corvus Insurance Holdings in 2017— an MGU (and now a subsidiary of Travelers Insurance) that leverages data and artificial intelligence to enhance cyber risk management—he co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of William Gallagher Associates, a prominent insurance brokerage firm specializing in technology, life sciences, and renewable energy sectors. Under his leadership, the firm became a leading broker for emerging industries before its acquisition by Arthur J. Gallagher. Edmundson has also been an active leader in the Worldwide Broker Network and served as a Director of the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB). His extensive background in brokerage, underwriting and InsurTech uniquely positions him to contribute valuable insights to Indico Data’s board of directors.
