John translates where insurance is headed into what Indico builds. As SVP of Product & Solutions, he leads the Product and Solutions Consulting teams, shaping product vision, driving rapid prototyping, and building AI fluency across the company. Previously, he led Solutions Consulting at Indico, growing the US team and building the UK practice from the ground up while working hands-on with carriers, MGAs, Lloyd’s syndicates, and global systems integration partners. He brings over a decade of experience in sales engineering and intelligent document processing spanning Ephesoft, Kofax, and Instabase, paired with deep expertise in insurance workflows from submission intake to claims triage. John holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Providence College. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him surfing the Rhode Island coast, out on the golf course, or teaching himself to sail a vintage Ericson 29.
